Credits & account top-ups
How virtual credits and microtransactions work on platforms operated by Brimward Software.
Software licenses
Virtual credits are software licenses sold by Brimward Software and used inside the interactive platforms we operate. Each transaction is invoiced under EU/Spanish consumer law with IVA where applicable.
Secure payments
Card processing is handled exclusively by Stripe Payments Europe — a fully PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure provider. We never see or store full card details.
Tax compliance
All operations are reported to the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria). IVA is calculated automatically by Stripe Tax based on the customer location.
How a top-up works
You arrive on this site via a personalised payment link issued by your account portal on a partner platform. The link contains your account login and the amount you wish to pay. After successful payment via Stripe, we notify the partner platform, which credits your account — usually within seconds.
Where do payment links come from?
Payment links are not issued from this site directly. To request a top-up, please return to your account dashboard on the partner platform and click the “Top up” button there. Our system will generate a signed, single-use link for the exact amount and account.
What about refunds?
Virtual credits are digital goods and are delivered immediately upon payment. As such, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun (Spanish RDL 1/2007, art. 103.m). For full details and the exceptions where a refund is possible, see our Refund Policy.
Receipts and invoicing
A receipt is issued by Stripe immediately after successful payment. For a formal invoice with your business details, please write to us at the email shown on the Contact page, quoting the order reference from the payment success page.
Need a top-up right now? Open your account dashboard on the partner platform and use the “Top up” button there. You'll be redirected back here automatically.
