1. Provider

These Terms govern the use of the services provided by Brimward Software S.L. (CIF B26776047), with registered office at Calle VALENCIA 21, Alcoi/Alcoy (Alicante), 03804 (Registro Mercantil de Alicante).

2. Service description

We provide a payment intermediary service for the issuance and delivery of software licenses in the form of virtual credits / créditos virtuales intended for use within third-party interactive online platforms operated by our partners. We are classified as an IT services provider in the Spanish IAE registry.

3. How orders work

You arrive on this site via a personalised payment link issued by your account portal on a partner platform. The link contains your account login and the amount you wish to pay. After successful payment via Stripe, we notify the partner platform, which credits your account.

4. Account login responsibility

You are solely responsible for the correctness of the account login displayed on the payment page. By clicking "Pay with card" you confirm that the login is correct. We do not have any way to verify the ownership of an account on a third-party platform, and we are not liable for credits delivered to a wrong account due to an incorrect login provided in the payment link. Refunds in such cases are not possible — see our Refund Policy.

5. Prices and taxes

Prices are denominated in Euro (EUR). Spanish IVA (currently 21%) is calculated automatically by Stripe Tax based on your location and is added to the final amount displayed before payment.

6. Delivery

Virtual credits are delivered immediately upon successful payment notification from Stripe. Delivery is considered complete when our system has dispatched the credit instruction to the partner platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for issues related to the partner platform itself.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
