1. Nature of the product
The product sold via this site is a software license / virtual credit — a non-tangible digital good that is delivered immediately upon successful payment.
2. Right of withdrawal — exclusion
In accordance with article 103.m) of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium when its execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By clicking "Pay with card" you give such consent and acknowledge that the digital content will be delivered immediately and that the right of withdrawal will be lost.
3. When refunds are possible
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
- The payment was successful but, due to a technical fault on our side, the digital content was never delivered to the partner platform.
- Duplicate charges caused by a system error.
- Cases of proven fraudulent use of a payment method, subject to investigation.
4. When refunds are not possible
- The user provided an incorrect account login in the payment link, and credits were delivered to a wrong account.
- The user changed their mind after the credits were delivered.
- Issues caused by the partner platform itself (account ban, server downtime, gameplay disputes, etc.).
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, please write to support@brimward.software within 14 days of the transaction, including your order reference (visible on the success page) and a description of the issue. We will respond within 14 calendar days.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly recommend contacting us before initiating a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback for successfully delivered digital content may be considered fraudulent under Spanish law.
